This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding service satisfaction, plant health guarantees, and related matters.

Service Satisfaction

We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every project we undertake. Our design and installation services are performed by experienced professionals who take pride in their work. If you have any concerns about the quality of our service, please contact us within 7 days of project completion.

Initial Consultation

We offer free initial consultations to discuss your project requirements and expectations. This consultation allows both parties to determine if our services are suitable for your needs. There is no obligation to proceed after the consultation.

Design Approval

All design plans are presented to clients for approval before implementation. Changes and adjustments can be made during the design phase at no additional cost. Once a design is approved and implementation begins, significant changes may incur additional fees.

Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee that all plants provided as part of our services are healthy and free from pests and diseases at the time of installation. Our plant health guarantee covers the following:

Initial Health Period

All plants are guaranteed to be in good health for 14 days following installation, provided that the care instructions we provide are followed. If a plant shows signs of disease or pest infestation that was present at the time of installation, we will replace it at no charge.

Conditions for Guarantee

Our plant health guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

  • Plants must be cared for according to the instructions provided
  • Environmental conditions must match those discussed during consultation
  • Any issues must be reported to us within the guarantee period
  • Plants must not have been moved from their installed locations without our consultation
  • No unauthorised modifications have been made to the installation

Exclusions

The plant health guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper care or neglect
  • Issues arising from environmental conditions that differ from those assessed during consultation
  • Natural leaf drop or seasonal changes in plant appearance
  • Damage caused by pets, children, or third parties
  • Problems arising from failure to follow provided care instructions
  • Acts of nature, including extreme weather conditions

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business.

Before Design Approval

Projects may be cancelled at any time before design approval with no penalty. Any deposits paid will be refunded in full within 14 business days.

After Design Approval

If a project is cancelled after design approval but before installation begins, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost will apply to cover design work and plant sourcing efforts. The remaining deposit will be refunded within 14 business days.

After Installation Begins

Once installation has begun, cancellation is not possible. However, if you are unsatisfied with the work in progress, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the specific circumstances. Generally, refunds may be issued in the following situations:

Service Not Rendered

If we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services for any reason, a full refund of any payments made will be issued within 14 business days.

Significant Service Deficiency

If there is a significant deficiency in the services provided that we are unable to remedy, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

Plant Replacement vs Refund

In cases where plants fail to thrive due to issues covered by our guarantee, we will typically offer replacement plants rather than a refund. This ensures the integrity of the overall floral zone design.

Maintenance Services

For clients who purchase ongoing maintenance services:

Service Commitment

Maintenance services are provided according to the schedule agreed upon in your service contract. If we miss a scheduled maintenance visit, that visit will be rescheduled at no charge, or a pro-rated credit will be applied to your account.

Cancellation of Maintenance

Maintenance contracts may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered, but no further charges will be applied after the notice period expires.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes or concerns amicably and efficiently. If you have any issues with our services or products:

  • Contact us as soon as possible to discuss the issue
  • Provide detailed information about your concern, including photographs if relevant
  • Allow us reasonable time to investigate and respond to your concern
  • Work with us to find a mutually acceptable solution

Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified policy.
